Maintenance & Property Care Assistant
We are looking for a practical and dependable person to help care for La Caserma delle Arti and its outdoor spaces.
The role may include small repairs, painting, furniture assembly, garden and terrace care, preparing spaces for guests and events, and responding to everyday maintenance needs. This is a flexible position, with work arranged according to the needs of the property.
Candidates should be hands-on, reliable and able to solve problems independently. Experience with general maintenance, gardening, restoration or property care is an advantage.

Private Cook & Cooking-Class Host

La Caserma will not initially operate as a daily restaurant. Instead, meals will be offered through pre-booked experiences, special dinners, workshops and group stays. The role may include creating menus, teaching traditional recipes, preparing meals and sharing the food culture of Irpinia with international guests.
We are looking for people who are passionate about authentic local cooking, seasonal ingredients and warm hospitality. Professional kitchen experience is welcome, but skilled home cooks with strong knowledge of regional traditions are also encouraged to apply. Food hygiene requirements and any necessary professional certifications must be respected.

Wedding & Event Planner
We are looking for an experienced freelance wedding and event planner to collaborate with La Caserma delle Arti on romantic village weddings and special celebrations in Irpinia.
The planner will work directly with couples and help coordinate suppliers, schedules, decorations, catering, entertainment, transport and the practical organisation of each event. La Caserma will provide the setting, local knowledge and close collaboration, while the planner will manage the detailed planning and delivery of the celebration.
Candidates should be highly organised, creative, calm under pressure and confident communicating with both international clients and local suppliers. Experience with weddings, destination events or hospitality is strongly preferred. Italian and English are important, while additional languages are an advantage.

Event & Hospitality Support Staff
We are building a trusted team of friendly, reliable people who can support organised dinners, retreats, weddings, and larger events at La Caserma delle Arti.
Assignments may include setting up tables and spaces, welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, assisting in the kitchen, clearing after events, cleaning and helping the event run smoothly.
Work will be offered on an occasional and on-call basis according to bookings.
We are looking for people who are punctual, helpful, flexible and comfortable working as part of a team.
Previous experience in hospitality, catering or events is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Italian is required, and English or another language is a valuable advantage.
