Terms of Purchase and Booking
By making a purchase or booking, the customer accepts these terms and all policies linked on this website.
Prices and included services are displayed before payment. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
Customers must provide accurate information and are responsible for checking booking dates, guest details, product information and delivery addresses before completing payment.
We may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailability or circumstances preventing us from providing the service. Any payment received for a service cancelled by us will be refunded or transferred to an agreed alternative.
Refunds and Cancellations
All cancellations, booking changes, returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Date-specific accommodation, retreats, events, courses, catering and leisure experiences may not qualify for the standard statutory withdrawal period.
Nothing in our policies limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Accommodation and Guest Rules
Guests must respect check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy, property rules, staff, neighbours and other guests.
Smoking, illegal activities, dangerous conduct and deliberate damage are prohibited. Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their group.
Children must remain under appropriate adult supervision. Guests must inform us in advance about allergies, accessibility requirements or relevant dietary needs.
Participation in outdoor, wellness and creative activities is voluntary. Customers are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for them and should obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
Physical Products and Delivery
Delivery prices and estimated times are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and for paying any applicable customs or import charges.
Eligible physical products purchased online may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period. Products must be unused and returned in suitable condition. Personalised, perishable, opened hygiene products and other legally excluded items cannot normally be returned.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products should be reported promptly with the order number and photographs.
Digital Products
Digital books, downloads, courses and other electronic content are for the customer’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or commercially distributed.
Where the customer requests immediate access and expressly accepts the loss of the withdrawal right, digital purchases become non-refundable once downloading or access begins.
Technical problems attributable to us will be corrected by providing access, a replacement file or another legally required remedy.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and credits cannot normally be exchanged for cash and must be used before any stated expiry date. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will normally be returned as gift credit.
